How long experience, a foamed roof?
polyurethane foam is not UV stable. In practice this means that the sun would slowly destroys the foam when it is not protected from UV exposure. As long as the UV protection is intact, does not change the foam. Conventional UV-protection paints, usually available as dispersions must be replaced at short intervals. We do not expect our customers. Therefore, we use almost exclusively as a final coating elastomer! The oldest foamed roofs are about 40 years old. By the way, old foam roofs that have treated with conventional paints, can be treated with elastomer in most cases!
